Delving deeper into the 1st series of Ashtanga

What will we cover? We'll divide the workshop into two parts. We recommend attending the entire workshop so you have a more solid and comprehensive overview and a solid technical foundation to build on in your practice. It doesn't matter if you haven't completed the series yet, as we've divided the series into groups so we'll work progressively.
SATURDAY 10/18: Forward bending, twisting and hip opening postures.
SATURDAY 10/25: Transitions, Extensions and Inversions
Who is it for? Ashtanga practitioners who are familiar with all or at least a large portion of the first series and want to delve deeper into the technique. Not suitable for beginners.
