class schedules and rates
From our experience as practitioners and teachers, we deeply believe in this method and its benefits for physical, mental, and spiritual health. Ashtanga proposes a specific structure: the practice of asanas (postures) six days a week, with one day of rest. Moon days (full and new) are also observed, as are at least the first three days of menstruation for women.
If you feel like practicing every day is too much for you, either because you don't feel like it or because you don't have enough time, you can attend class as often as you need or as you can. In any case, we sincerely encourage you to experiment with this practice as a daily habit, as it can always be adapted to your schedule and the needs of the moment you find yourself in. Your first option is not simply to stop practicing, but rather to explore other ways to continue connecting with yourself through the method. Give yourself the opportunity to research and inquire into this proposal and experience for yourself the effects it can generate.
